Returns
If a piece is not right, we will happily exchange or refund it.
30 days
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us first so we can issue a returns reference.
Exceptions
Earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Engraved and commissioned pieces are made individually and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Repairs
Every piece is guaranteed for twelve months against faults in making. Beyond that we offer repairs at cost — we would always rather mend a piece than replace it.
