What we collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, email address and, where given, a telephone number. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use it
Order details are used to make and send your jewellery and to answer any questions about it. Newsletter emails are sent only if you have subscribed, and you can unsubscribe from any message.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting the studio. Order records are kept for six years where required by UK tax law.
