The questions we are asked most often.
Is everything really made by hand?
Yes. Each piece is cut, formed, textured and finished at our bench in the UK. Nothing is mass produced, which is why small variations exist between pieces.
Can I have a piece engraved?
Most bands, signets and lockets can be hand-engraved. Add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering and we will confirm what will fit.
Will silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally darkens with time. A silver cloth restores it in moments, and regular wear actually slows tarnishing.
Do you take commissions?
We do, including remodelling inherited pieces. Commissions begin with an email and a sketch, and usually take four to six weeks.
